More buildings for the Carribean ...

A couple of weeks ago I was fortunate to have the opportunity to acquire some buildings suitable for the Carribean,
Having made any minor repairs needed I've started painting them up,  the four smallest ones are done
I used some emulsion paint matchpots for the wall colours and gave them a wash to give them a weather worn look.

  1. Which ruleset do you use for wargaming?

    1. For the smaller encounters (skirmish size), I mostly use my own Skirmish rules set and have also used a tweaked version of Battlegames Zulu rules as well.
For large battles when these occur I use a freebie rule set 'Weight of Fire' with a few 'in house' modifications.

  2. And is possible to take a look on your skirmish rules?
I have been looking for "Weight of Fire" because I read about it in other comments of your blogs, but all the links are dead. Do you know about a link that works?

    Thanks

    1. No, briefly ...
18th Century: Weight of Fire, plus my Skirmish Rules
17th Century: Charge Yr Pikes, plus my skirmish rules
Saxons & Vikings - my own rules

  5. Thanks Allan.
    That rules look very interesting.
I am working on a project similar than yours, for the Dutch Wars, 17th Century.
It's not going to be a mono-thematic blog, because I am very lazy for beginning a new blog.
I am painting Lurkio's miniatures, 9 years war, two armies, one for English and one for British, but there will be imagi-nations.
So, as you suppose your blogs are being very influential and motivating.
